Welcome to Mannat Farm Stay, a peaceful and cozy retreat nestled in the serene surroundings of Vannalli, Karnataka (Location Code: C9JV+4JG). Our home is lovingly dedicated to our parents and is designed to offer you a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay amidst nature.

We offer two thoughtfully designed room types with private toilets/showers, lush garden views, comfortable king-size beds with premium spring mattresses, air conditioning/heating, SatTV, workstations, spacious closets, and tea/coffee makers. You'll also enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Our space has been curated with attention to health, hygiene, and guest comfort. We follow strict cleanliness and disinfection protocols, especially for high-touch surfaces between guest check-ins. Mannat Farm Stay has also been recognized under the "Gold" Category by the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC).

• We adhere to "ALL Safe & Committed to Clean" health and hygiene protocols.
• Art lovers will appreciate hand-painted glass artwork made by our father, adding a personal and emotional touch to the interiors.
• Luxurious Roman blinds, bedside drawers, reading lamps, a study table, and a spacious cupboard (with lock) are provided in each room.
• Electric kettle with milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and a bottle of mineral water are complimentary.
• The en suite bathrooms are spacious and modern with 24/7 hot and cold water and high-quality essentials like towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
• Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM sharp.
• Guests have limited kitchen access for the use of the fridge, RO water, and utensils. Additional use or help from the caretaker is available for a nominal fee.
• The ground floor of our two-story bungalow is available to guests, with separate entry/exit and a shared driveway and main gate.
• We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 additional guests on a sofa-cum-bed in the living room. Extra mattresses are available for groups above 8.
• Outdoor parking is available; indoor parking is not permitted. Please note that drivers are not allowed to stay on the property.
• CCTV cameras are installed in common and entrance areas for your safety (can be covered upon request).
• We kindly request guests to help save electricity and maintain cleanliness during their stay. Please avoid moving furniture.
• Books, board games like Chess and Ludo, and cards are available for leisure and entertainment.
• We do not serve food, but tea and coffee can be made available anytime by our caretaker. Breakfast is not included.
• As per Indian law, ID verification is required for all guests: passport & visa for non-Indians, and government-issued ID for Indian nationals. Local IDs are not accepted.

Additional rules

Please turn off the lights and water taps and Geysers when not in use -Our caretaker will clean the utensils for minimal charges of Rs.400/- and we have no space/sleeping arrangements for drivers and they are not permitted to stay inside with the guests. However maids can stay if Guest has no issue with them and they would be whole responsible for maid stay. Local IDs are not acceptable and Host has liberty to cancel the booking with the local IDs Power cuts are very rare however we have back up for fans and few lights only. ACs would not be working during power cuts. In accordance with Indian law, we will need to collect copies of passport and visa for non-indian guests, and I.D. for indian guests.
